The Extent to which Primary School Teachers Possess Educational Competencies

Abstract
The research aims to determine the extent to which teachers of the first cycle of the basic education stage have educational competencies, the researcher used the descriptive method, and a questionnaire was designed consisting of (26) paragraphs representing the sufficiency of implementation and class management, the questionnaire was distributed to a sample of (150) teachers of the first cycle of the basic education stage in Aleppo schools. The results showed that the extent to which teachers have the first cycle of the basic education stage of educational competencies is very high, the results also showed that there were no differences in the extent to which teachers of the first cycle of the basic educational competencies depending on the variable of academic qualification.
