Cloud Computing Difficulties from the Perspective of Employees at the University of Aleppo

Abstract

The aim of this research was to identify the problems and difficulties facing employees in using cloud computing. This was followed by an introduction to cloud computing, its components, patterns, and models. The study adopted a descriptive analytical approach and was distributed to a sample of 65 employees at the University of Aleppo. The study reached the following key findings:

There are obstacles that limit the use of cloud computing at the University of Aleppo. The study recommended finding appropriate solutions for each problem facing users, spreading the culture of cloud computing, and focusing on means of information security and protection.
