Abstract
The fundamental issue in the study of international relations is has historical and political importance for it has valuable information for the specialized researcher and follower of foreign policy and its impact on regional and international relations which is an indicator of the strength or weakness of political ties among many countries in the light of competition and conflict over vital areas and sharing regions of influence which has become a common feature of the relations of the great nations that ruled the international affairs during the phases of modern history
The idea of the international conferences arose firstly during the Second World War out of the desire of the Allies (United States، British and Soviet Union) and began in the early January 1941. This desire was brought again in April 1944. At the end of the year, US President Franklin Dylano rosevelt proposed that Winston Churchill Prime Minister of Britain and Joseph Stalin, leader of the Soviet Union join him in a meeting in Casablanca in January 1943 to discuss many issues, most importantly, the French cause and finding solutions to the conflict between the Algerians and the French Charles de Gaulle and Jiro
The importance of the matter is to find a clear plan for the progress of the Allies in Europe during the war and to find a solution to the French cause in which the allies were seeking to find a rapprochement between Charles deGaulle and Henry Jiro.
This research was based on the historical methodology. in light of this methodology، the research came up with (the first chapter which highlighted the justification for holding the conference and the second chapter to discuss the discussions of the French cause during the conference. The third chapter goes on to the results of the conference and its reflections on the international situation.
